This new twist on tartar sauce adds a tang to fish, fish sticks, and even French fries.
375 mL (1½ cups)
- 125 g (½ cup) Island Farms sour cream
- 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 3 rounded tsp capers plus 5 mL (1 tsp) juice
- 1½ medium dill pickles, finely diced
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh dill
- 10 mL (2 tsp) lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
