This new twist on tartar sauce adds a tang to fish, fish sticks, and even french fries.
1 ½ cups
- ½ cup Island Farms sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 rounded tsp. capers plus 1 tsp. juice
- 1 ½ medium dill pickles, diced finely
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- To make, add all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
