Tartar Sauce with a Twist

This new twist on tartar sauce adds a tang to fish, fish sticks, and even french fries.

Serves
1 ½ cups
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Island Farms sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 rounded tsp. capers plus 1 tsp. juice
  • 1 ½ medium dill pickles, diced finely
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
  1. To make, add all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
