Ingredients
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
  • 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel cream cheese
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 375 mL (1½ cups) of seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
  • 1 small tin crab meat, chopped
Preparation
  1. Blend together the sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder.
  2. Combine the seafood sauce with the chopped shrimp and crab meat.
  3. Fold the seafood mixture into the creamy mixture.
  4. Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
