- 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel cream cheese
- Dash of lemon juice
- 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 375 mL (1½ cups) of seafood cocktail sauce
- 1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
- 1 small tin crab meat, chopped
- Blend together the sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder.
- Combine the seafood sauce with the chopped shrimp and crab meat.
- Fold the seafood mixture into the creamy mixture.
- Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
