- ½ cup Island Farms Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. medium horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 12 finely chopped sprigs of chive
- 2 finely chopped greens of green onion
- Stir all together and serve with pulled pork or roast beef.
