Horseradish Dip

Ingredients
  • 125 g (½ cup) Island Farms sour cream
  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) medium horseradish
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 12 sprigs of chive, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion greens, finely chopped
Preparation
  1. Stir everything together and serve with pulled pork or roast beef.
