- 125 g (½ cup) Island Farms sour cream
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) medium horseradish
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 12 sprigs of chive, finely chopped
- 2 green onion greens, finely chopped
- Stir everything together and serve with pulled pork or roast beef.
