- 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel cream cheese
- 500 mL (2 cups) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 375 mL (1½ cups) shredded cheddar cheese or Tex Mex cheese
- 6 slices of double-smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 125 mL (½ cup) green onion or chives, chopped (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve with bread, crackers or fresh veggies.
