Hot wings are a Superbowl Party staple. Make this simple but flavourful blue cheese dip to take the edge off the heat and keep your guests coming back for more.
- 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 250 mL (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 115 g (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese
- 45–60 mL (3-4 tbsp) chopped chives and parsley
- Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, chopped chives and parsley; refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with celery sticks and lots of napkins!
