- 1 cup Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 3-4 Tbsp. chopped chives and parsley
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, chopped chives and parsley; refrigerate for 1 hour and serve with celery sticks and lots of napkins!
