Ingredients
- 1 package (4 serving size) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
- 473 mL (2 cups) Island Farms Half & Half Cream
- 250 g (1 cup) crushed Chocolate cookies
- 500 g (2 cups) fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
Preparation
- Prepare pudding mix according to directions, cool 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In each of 4 parfait glasses, layer 30 mL (2 Tbsp) cookie crumbs, 60 mL (¼ cup) strawberries, 60 mL (¼ cup) pudding and repeat.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour up to 4 hours before serving.
