It’s the first day of summer – time to BBQ! Put these Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Kebobs on the grill, we guarantee the kids will be coming back for more!
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast or tenders
- 1 cup Island Farms Buttermilk
- 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 oz Ranch dressing mix (dry)
- 1⁄2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 2 sprigs of rosemary, minced
- Simply mix the ingredients, coat the chicken, marinate for 2 - 8hrs and grill!
