Ice cream brownie bowl

Treat your Valentine to their favourite ice cream and make it extra special by serving it in a delicious warm brownie bowl!

Ingredients
  • Your favourite brownie mix
  • Cooking spray
  • Island Farms ice cream
  • Island Farms by Natrel Whipping Cream
  • Sprinkles
Preparation
  1. Follow the directions for your favourite brownie recipe to make the batter.
  2. Spray cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray, and add brownie batter to each cup until they're about ½ to 2/3 full.
  3. Spray the bottom of the second muffin tin with cooking spray and place on top of the first tin of brownies.
  4. Place in the oven and bake, following your brownie recipe directions.
  5. Add a scoop of Island Farms ice cream
  6. Top with Island Farms by Natrel Whipping Cream and sprinkles, enjoy!
