Our thanks to Ryan from Victoria for submitting this recipe that he and his 5 year old son created for a special Mother’s Day breakfast, using her favourite foods of chocolate and orange.
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup Island Farms Chocolate Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 orange
Sift flour and baking powder into large bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of orange rind. Poke hole in orange and squeeze about 2 teaspoons of juice into bowl. Add egg and chocolate milk and stir until smooth. Cook pancakes as usual and add your favourite toppings.
