  • 4 x 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. Natrel butter
  • 1 cup Island Farms by Natrel 18% table cream
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  1. Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and cook on high 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until mostly melted.
  2. Transfer to saucepan and over low heat, stir in sugar, salt and butter.
  3. Stir in cream, a little at a time, until mixture is smooth.
  4. Heat through without boiling, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
  6. Serve over Island Farms by Natrel Vanilla Plus French Vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
