- 1 cup Island Farms buttermilk
- 1 cup Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. sugar
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- Blend all ingredients except blue cheese in blender until smooth.
- Remove to bowl. Stir in crumbled blue cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before using.
