Buttermilk Blue Cheese Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms buttermilk
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) parsley flakes
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) smoked paprika
  • 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
  • 1.25 ml (¼ tsp) black pepper
  • 0.62 mL (⅛ tsp) sugar
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients except the blue cheese in a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3–4 hours before using.
