Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms buttermilk
- 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel sour cream
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) parsley flakes
- 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) smoked paprika
- 2.5 mL (½ tsp) salt
- 1.25 ml (¼ tsp) black pepper
- 0.62 mL (⅛ tsp) sugar
- 60 mL (¼ cup) crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients except the blue cheese in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3–4 hours before using.
