Tartar Sauce with a Twist

This new twist on tartar sauce adds a tang to fish, fish sticks, and even French fries.

375 mL (1½ cups)
Ingredients
  • 125 g (½ cup) Island Farms sour cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 3 rounded tsp capers plus 5 mL (1 tsp) juice
  • 1½ medium dill pickles, finely diced
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh dill
  • 10 mL (2 tsp) lemon juice
Preparation
  1. Add all the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
