Ingredients
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Sour Cream
  • 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Cream Cheese
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 375 mL (1 ½ cups) of seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
  • 1 small tin crab meat, chopped
Preparation
  1. Cream together sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder.
  2. Combine seafood sauce and chopped shrimp crab meat.
  3. Fold the seafood mixture into the creamed mixture.
  4. Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
