- 250 mL (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Sour Cream
- 250 g (1 cup) Island Farms by Natrel Cream Cheese
- Dash of lemon juice
- 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
- 375 mL (1 ½ cups) of seafood cocktail sauce
- 1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
- 1 small tin crab meat, chopped
- Cream together sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder.
- Combine seafood sauce and chopped shrimp crab meat.
- Fold the seafood mixture into the creamed mixture.
- Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
