Shrimp & Crab Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup (250 mL) Island Farms Sour Cream
1 cup (250 g) Island Farms Cream Cheese
dash of lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of seafood cocktail sauce
1 small tin small shrimp, chopped
1 small tin crab meat, chopped
Preparation:
Cream together sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder. Combine seafood sauce and chopped shrimp crab meat. Fold the seafood mixture into the creamed mixture. Serve with crackers. Quick and easy!
For a lighter option use Island Farms Light Sour Cream and Light Cream Cheese.
