Polish Noodles & Cabbage

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Island Farms Butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 cups of chopped or sliced cabbage
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg egg noodles
1/2 cup Island Farms Sour Cream

Preparation:

  1. Melt butter, or margarine, in a large skillet.
  2. Add onions; sauté until soft.
  3. Add cabbage; sauté for 5 minutes or until crisp and tender.
  4. Stir in caraway seeds and salt.
  5. Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted and boiling water as directed on package.
  6. Afterward drain well.
  7. Stir noodles into cabbage.
  8. Add sour cream.
  9. Cook for around 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
