Strawberry Cream Parfaits

1 package (4 serving size) cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
2 cups Island Farms Half & Half Cream
1 cup crushed Chocolate cookies
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and sliced

Prepare pudding mix according to directions, cool 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. In each of 4 parfait glasses, layer 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup strawberries, ¼ cup pudding and repeat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour up to 4 hours before serving. Makes 4 servings.
