At our Victoria dairy production plant and our up-Island Cassidy distribution depot, Island Farms employs approximately 205 people. Many of these individuals work in production, operating state-of-the-art machinery at the dairy plant; others work in distribution, sales and marketing, either in our head office, or on the road. We have experts in human resources and information technology, finance and administration, and of course quality control and lab support, to ensure that only the freshest milk comes in, and the finest products go out. There
